Clients by way of email within a 24 hour period. You will
be immediately informed of availability and pricing. |

In order for us to confirm your requested service(s), directly
to the hotel / cruise company / etc, a 20% deposit will be
required with the balance being due three (3) weeks prior
to arrival in Greece. |

Payments are made by way of Booking Form which will be
sent to you by separate email. This Booking Form needs to
be completed with your personal details and credit card information
and then faxed back to us on + 30 210 4170692 (or scanned and then emailed back
to us). We will then forward this onto our bank in order
to debit your Credit Card. |

Cancellations for each individual service will be dealt
with on an individual basis. If you wish to know of the cancellation
policy for each service prior to payment of deposit, please
let us know. |

disclosure of information regarding individuals. We will
require the following personal/financial information a)
name b) email address c) postal address d) telephone number

booking form. The personal information (ie. name & email
address) is used to contact you and the financial information
is used for billing purposes only. |

company etc to ensure a successful fulfillment of your travel
arrangements. However, please note that not all hotels etc
are subject to data protection laws. Financial information
is passed to our bank for authorisation of the transaction
and for payment. We do not disclose your details to any other
person without your consent unless there is an emergency
situation that requires it or we are legally required to
do so. |
